Frank DiGregorio, President & CEO

Frank is a 25-year veteran in the field of medical diagnostic imaging and cardiology. He attended the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins Nuclear Medicine program in Baltimore, Maryland. His career began in 1986 at Fallston General Hospital where he remained until 1992. During his employment at Fallston, he held positions at various levels- staff technologist, chief technologist and department supervisor.

In 1992, Frank took a position to manage Cardiology Consultants’ diagnostic centers located in Wilmington, Delaware. This group had 22 physicians and 3 lab locations. He also began consulting independently with doctors and diagnostic centers around the country.

In 2001, Frank founded Molecular Imaging Services. He is currently the President and CEO. He has significant experience in establishing and managing the daily operations of diagnostic imaging centers. To date, he has opened dozens of centers nationwide. His publications include "A physicians Guide to Cardiac Testing, Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound Procedures" and "Laboratory and Diagnostic test with Nursing Implications." This experience and dedication to the field of diagnostic imaging will ensure the highest quality service to physicians and their patients.

Sue Miller, COO

As Chief Operations Officer, Sue is responsible for the operations of the MIS imaging center network, including management of the technologist staff, ICANL accreditations and the daily operations of the individual practice sites. Sue has over twenty years of experience in nuclear medicine including fifteen years in cardiology services. She is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins Nuclear Medicine Program and has held positions with increasing responsibilities in both hospital and outpatient nuclear medicine settings.

Sue started her career in 1986 at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, where she transitioned from staff technologist to Floor Supervisor and finally as Chief Technologist prior her departure in 1990. Sue served as Chief Technologist at Fallston General Hospital until 1991 when she accepted the Chief Technologist position at Baltimore Heart Associates, a twelve- physician private Cardiology practice in Baltimore. Sue remained at Baltimore Heart Associates for 17 years, holding several positions during her tenure including Site Manager, Clinical Research Coordinator and Safety Officer. During her last 10 years with the practice, she was the Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for the operations of the practice's three locations and more than thirty-five staff members.

Her past experience affords her an understanding of the challenges physicians, technologists and administrators face daily. Sue has partnered with physicians, administrators and staff in the development of key programs and new services. Over the past 20 years, Sue has been responsible for the supervision of a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Student Training Program, piloting a hospital wide result reporting system, implementation of a technologist case review program, implementing a clinical research program and startup of nuclear medicine services. Her commitment to excellence has lead organizations to increase efficiency and improve the delivery of care while enhancing patient and physician satisfaction.

Mark H. Wilson, VP of Sales & Business Development

Mark is an innovative entrepreneur with over 25 years of Executive level sales and Sales Management experience in the areas of: capital equipment, radiopharmaceuticals, implantables, neuromodulation, device, and consumables.

Mark established his career as a start-up and early stage growth implementation veteran and along the way supported several companies with mergers/acquisitions and integration: Leibinger and Fischer into Pfizer’s Howmedica Maxillofacial/Orthopedic Division and minimally invasive Breast Care startup Biopsys Medical into Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon Endosurgery division.

In 1998, Mark was part of an aggressive entrepreneurial group at Eastern Isotopes, Inc. with the goal of expanding the practice of Nuclear Medicine. In specific, Positron Emission Tomography (PET) by establishing a national network of manufacturing and distribution facilities to provide reliable, cost effective F-18 FDG for Oncology imaging. As VP of Sales, Mark and his team grew sales from $3M in 1999 to over $58M in 2005. His team established themselves as leaders in the industry while also supporting the effort in 2003 to sell and transition Eastern Isotopes, Inc. to IBA, SA, a Belgium based Life Science Company.

Recently, Mark worked as the Mid-Atlantic Business Director for Positron Corporation where he helped structure and launch the rebranding of the companies Cardiac PET unit, the Attrius™, working closely with physicians to expand and improve nuclear cardiology services for their patients.

Matt Haney, P.T., Chief Merger/Acquisition and Integration Officer

Matt graduated from The Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in 1992. He has a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Master of Physical Therapy. In 1995 Matt co-founded PRO Physical Therapy in Wilmington, DE. As the President and Co-Founder of PRO Physical Therapy, Matt and his partners grew PRO into the largest private out patient physical therapy company in the mid Atlantic region. In June of 2006, Matt orchestrated one of the highest priced private Physical Therapy Company sales in the history of the mid Atlantic region when he and his partners sold PRO.

Following the sale of PRO to Chicago based ATI Holdings, LLC a private equity backed Physical Therapy Company, Matt accepted a position on ATI's Board of Directors and the title of Chief Merger and Acquisition Officer. In addition to being the Chief Merger and Acquisition Officer for ATI, Matt also served as their Integration Officer. Since the sale of PRO, Matt assisted in the acquisition and integration of more than six physical therapy companies for ATI. Today, Matt continues to serve on the board of ATI as well as owning and operating an independent consulting firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions, integrations, start ups, and financing for health care related companies. His current client list includes companies in the health care fields of Physical Therapy, Occupational Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiovascular Rehabilitation, Preventative Medicine, Personal Training and Sports Performance.

Laura M. Cusick, RT (R), CNMT, Vice President of Operations

Laura is a 15-year veteran in the field of medical diagnostic imaging and cardiology. She attended Chattanooga State Technical Community College in Chattanooga, Tn. Her career began in 1996 at Georgia Baptist Hospital in Atlanta, GA. In 1999 Laura joined the imaging team at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite where she remained until 2005. During her employment at CHOA, Laura held positions at various levels- staff technologist, chief technologist and department supervisor.

In 2005, Laura joined Cardinal Health, NPS as the manager of the Cardiology Solutions group and managed the 5 cardiology imaging labs they operated across the country. In 2008, Laura was named Director of the group and took on the responsibilities of the Accreditation business and was the product manager for the partnership between Cardinal Health and UltraSPECT.

In 2009, Laura was named Director of Medical Specialty concentrating on SPECT and PET Cardiology. She was responsible for developing tools for the sales field as well as tools and resources for cardiology practices. During her tenure with Cardinal Health, Laura authored and/or co-authored several CE courses for technologists. Formerly the VP of Business Development for MIS, Laura has transitioned into the role of VP of Operations where she is responsible for the ongoing management of current customers’ imaging departments as well as the development of new imaging sites.
